" ABHI NAHIN TOH KABHI NAHIN " - quoted by the biggest e-tail giant Flipkart, has yet again run into glitches this year and this time the company is preparing its apologies to the consumers as well as the sellers.
Flipkart launched its so called discount exhibition under the name " Big Billion Days" claiming to be the number one e-Tail industry in India. But the company as like previous year ran into many disputes which made it to feel even worse. The problem araised when the vendors in Agra complained about the Flipkart's logistic services.
"Flipkart team asked us to dispatch only the products with high demand even though we are having all the required products in availabilty," says an associate dealer.
We've found many glitches in the system as it instantly hikes the price of a product which was available for cheaper price before adding into the cart. There is a major flaw as the e-Tailer sells the product at its original MRP but willingly hikes the price to show that their discount is far much high concerned with other e-Tailers.
Last year, there are similar issues with website as it constantly broke down and the customers raised a feeling of agitation. But even this year it failed though it took a better step of launching its big billion day on app in many aspects like in delivery, price etc.,
So we wish you to get your product in time or its better to buy a book which tells about having patience. :-)
